Jugendstil Centerpiece circa 1920, probably WMF. Modeled as a maiden holding aloft an urn which supports an associated hand painted floral Majolica dish, the maiden standing on large Jugendstil secessionist design base. Marks: 'I/0 OX' (for oxidised silver plate) and the number 345 to underside of base, Platina Wurttemberg on base and the under bosse on dish, when unscrewed stamped 13. Dish stamped on underside hand painted, Germany. Measures: Height 15.25 inches. Diameter of dish: 11.5 inches. Diameter of base: 5.5 inches.
