Jugendstil centrepiece fruit stand, circa 1920, probably WMF. Modeled as a maiden holding aloft an urn which supports a cut-glass bowl of scalloped lozenge and panel design, the maiden standing on large Jugendstil secessionist design. Marks: 'I/0 OX' (for oxidised silver plate) and the number 345 to underside of base, Platina Wurttemberg aon base and the under bosse on glass fruit bowl when unscrewed stamped 13. Measures: Height 16.5 inches. Diameter of bowl: 11 inches. Diameter of base: 5.5 inches.
