Refund policy

We offer a full, money-back guarantee on any purchase by following our
return policy:

Subject to the exceptions noted below, if the item is not as described, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of
goods and providing the item is returned to us by mail or courier under your insurance in the same condition as it was sent to you, we will refund in full the purchase price.
To start a return, you can contact us at louiswine@rogers.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or items that have been modified at customers request eg sizing of rings.

Exchanges
We will also accept returned items for exchange with the exception of items on sale.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
